It really is quite amazing how integrated Alcohol is into our society. I've personally felt the pressure my colleagues, peers, friends, and family, when I'm trying to have a 'light night', or 'taking a break', and often times find myself at a loss as to how to deal with those types of situations. The author digs into this and wraps it with his own non-drinking experience, to provide a short, actionable book with no-fluff that provides concrete insight into removing whatever awkwardness (for lack of better words) there is in attempting to live a sober life. One would be better off reading this short 40 page text 4 times, rather then reading a competitors 160 page book on the same topic.
